Job Title: Human Resources – Intern (Bilingual)
The HR internship is a great opportunity for an undergraduate student with an interest or background in human resources to gain valuable experience in a comprehensive HR department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and applicant tracking processes, including screening candidates.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation presentations.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of the HR team.
- Provide front desk and general support in a fast-paced HR environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency required).
- You must be an undergraduate college student who has completed your freshman year at a 4-year university or college.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Your GPA to date must be 3.0 minimum on a scale of 4.0.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the Internship Program.
- You must be able to provide your own housing and transportation in the DFW area.
