 Job Title:  Bilingual HR Intern

 Job Summary:  The HR Internship is designed for undergraduate students with an interest or background in human resources who want to gain hands-on experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HR operations. This is a full-time, in-person office internship, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This internship is a chance to explore different areas of HR, gain practical skills in a supportive office environment, and build a foundation for a career in human resources.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with new hire processing and onboarding, including completing E-Verify, scheduling, and coordinating new hire orientations.
• Present HR policies to new hires in group settings.
• Assist with front desk and employee communications.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks in support of HR and Benefits, including preparing new hire packets and maintaining records.
• Help with recruitment by shadowing screening, processing, and tracking applicants.
• Assist with creating visual content and presentation slides using online tools (e.g., Canva).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Prior office experience with strong verbal and phone communication (preferred).
• Currently enrolled in college coursework in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel (preferred).
• Ability to provide your own housing and transportation in the DFW area.
